Due to the digital nature of our token system and the immediate access to our AI services upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on purchased token packages. All sales are considered final.

Unused Tokens

Purchased tokens do not expire and will remain in your account until they are used. We cannot provide cash refunds for unused tokens.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• A clear technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service as intended.
• A billing error resulting in an incorrect charge.
